As I got home from work last night I was walking up the sidewalk and spotted this lovely moon rise just popping up over the silo! I ran in the house to get me camera, had to put the battery in and change to my 300mm zoom lens. By the time I got back out of the house the moon was up past the silo. I thought the image was lovely. Here are a few perspectives of what I saw.
I focused here on the trees near me and not the moon.
I changed positions so I could see the barn. Love this photo. Keep in mind this is at least a mile away from where I am standing. And it was dusk.
Each photo shows the moon on its slow decent.
As you can see I was moon stuck last night! I love playing with my camera, I need to do it more often! I hope you all have a great weekend!

Do you ever notice at your store when there is a full moon, it is a really crazy day filled with crazy people? And if it is Sunday, it is especially bad? We call it "BSC Sunday"! Great photos, love 'em!

it was gorgeous last night! we went to Cincy yesterday and that moon was our guiding light the entire way home. Mesmerizing!!
